Those are a bunch of words that don't mean anything.
It's mostly dogwhistle.
Deep state - Jews? George Soros? This one is beyond me.
Wokeism - the concept that some people are systemically marginalised due to their race, sexual orientation, gender expression, etc.
Cultural Marxism - the idea that Marxist theory is responsible for the rise of identity politics and political correctness.
A variation on a term that Hitler frequently used (Cultural Bolshevism). Oh, and the Jews are also included in both the modern and historical version of this conspiracy, to the surprise of no one.
I think he's considered the King Jew in their worldview. He's the Final Boss™, if you will.
