Sadly the money isn't being delivered to the plaintiffs because of appeals. But you know those escrow companies are happy to hold on to more of his wealth.

A loan for WAY, WAY less than what he was required to turn over.
Nobody would give him a loan for the full amount, so he was given a sweetheart deal so he wouldn't actually have to spend any of his own money on the appeals.
