"Deadpool & Wolverine" has been officially rated R by the MPA for strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore and sexual references.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the first MCU film to be rated R.

  Deadpool 2 (2018): Rated R for strong violence and language throughout, sexual references and brief drug material.

  So this is at least the fourth R-rated MCU movie.
  
  Technically none of those were MCU movies, just Marvel films.
If it weren't rated R I would know it wouldn't be worth watching.

- Yes, there are other films based on Marvel Comics that have been rated R, but this is the first film in the MCU to be rated R.
  All MCU movies are Marvel movies, but not all Marvel movies take place in the MCU.
