  • It's the parents job to do that, not the government's. I have kids, when they were at the age I didn't want them seeing porn I made sure it was blocked, and I educated them on safe internet browsing. I don't need the government's help with that.

  • Good, I never used the thing any way. I didn't mind the feature existing, I just wish they wouldn't keep trying to ram it down our throats. Now they're trying the same with Bing AI, another neat thing I'll likely never use.

  • Not my town, but the town I used to live in had a store that appeared to only sell very old lampshades from the 1970s and I never saw a single customer go in there but it was always open. I'm 100% sure it was a front for the local crime syndicate.

  • I have an iPhone so it goes to my PayPal balance, which I used to pay for a lot of different online subscriptions so it just goes into the pot. It's $2 once every couple of months so I'm not exactly getting rich off it. When I had an Android I got a lot more surveys and I used it for premium features in Play Store apps.

  • The most useful course I took in college was one on how to properly write documentation, although at the time I didn't really appreciate it as much as I do now. As far as the IT knowledge I gained, most of it was pretty obsolete even at the time so it's been less useful. I learned more in my first month working than I ever did in 4 years of college.

  • Agnostic, raised Anglican but started questioning it in my late teens, briefly flirted with other religions and then just decided I was happier being agnostic. Still believe there might be something out there, but I've no idea what role that something plays in our lives.
