That's not something you can do. You anyone could unban themselves that would defeat the purpose. I guess the best thing to do is ask and see why you were banned, if it was for a bad reason it would likely be reversed but if you did do something worth a ban this account would be banned to for "ban evasion" more than likely.

This issue is coming up that it won't be NHS resources being used because the baby will be in Italy using a Technically Private hospital, in Italy. There isn't a good reason to deny that, especially when the baby has Italian citizenship.
