This is why someone should make a non-standard dialer that lets you:

1. Pick up then hang up immediately, so they can't send it to voicemail.
2. A button that tells the carrier "I missed the call".

For a more successful attempt at a stable rolling release, try openSUSE tumbleweed. For an arch based solution, try EndeavorOS or Garuda.

Fedora does do a point release model but not nearly as bad as Ubuntu's.

OP is probably complaining about AUR packages needing to be compiled most of the time. In that case, use the chaotic AUR. If you don't trust it, then compile the software from the AUR yourself.

Heh, nowadays Shadow of The Serpent Riders is the only version worth having these days, unless you're a glitch hunter.
