Torx is only good if your screw is non rusting it rounds off too fast with almost any sign of rust.

Edit: Is it possible it is because the view type for the user with issue is list?

Edit 2: No crash after testing with view type list

Edit 3: The other difference is whether or not push is enabled or disabled. Not sure if that would cause it though.
