Someone called me a cinnamon toast bitch today on overwatch.

Yeah, my filling was uncomfy and nerve racking but not really painful in any way. They even do topical anesthetic before the shots so I didn't even really feel those.

Certainly wasn't the case when I was a kid lol.

I went in for a broken tooth and they were gonna crown it but ended up as just a filling. Went back a few weeks later for full exam and X-rays... no cavities. Could've been worse but at least my anxiety about my teeth is gone.

I learned that day that it's not a very scenic drive, but I made that trip a few times - one with a car full of camping and backpacking gear, and the other I drove a 26' moving truck for my brother.

My parents are the reverse, we used to stop like every hour.

I'm in my 30's and made a trip from Chicago to Denver with my brother. We drove the 16 hours straight through I think we stopped maybe 3-4 times for gas/pee/stretch/snacks maybe 30 minutes total NOT driving. It was so efficient and I appreciated it so much.

Look at all this naysaying bullshit. Honestly 99.9999% of people aren't going to lose their life over having a gun or not. Maybe a few guns will remain hidden or in black market or whatever, but how many more school shootings will it take before we actually try something instead of just pointing out the reasons it won't be easy and throw up our hands?
