Id argue its a lot more useful for innovation and novelty seeking. Getting bored and finding a new food source or a new hunting ground is useful. Getting obsessed with a bunch of different subjects and tying disperate concepts together to generate new ideas is useful. Staying up later at night to protect the tribe when others would have gone to sleep hours ago is useful.
There are always trade offs and no neural diversity is going to always be useful. Sometimes its debilitating and sometimes its useful. Unfortunately in a world where you are expected to sit still in a gray cubicle under florescent lighting for 9 hours a day 5 days a week until your body falls apart too much to do it anymore, there are more cons than pros. But id argue that the majority that apparently arent driven mad by that dyatopian nightmare are the weird ones.
I am ADHD so I am not neurotypical but... My cousin is autistic and comes off as shy. A friend of mine is also autistic and is more outgoing than I am but completely misses social cues and is very literal and rigid with rules.
Like ADHD, autism doesn't necessarily manifest the same way with everyone.
There are two scenarios that realistically goes down and neither are something I fantasize about:
I am the last man on Earth as in the only person left. Everyone I care about is gone, I am alone and doing what is needed to survive by myself is a nightmare. Any current or future major medical issues probably go mostly untreated.
I am the only man on Earth. Women haven't been wiped out. About half the people I care about are gone. Humanity realistically isn't long for this world due to the severe genetic bottleneck that would result. And while this would likely not be as bad as only 1 woman remaining in a world full of men, itd still be bad for me and anyone I was romantically interested in. And even if somehow things didnt immediately become forced breeding stock nightmare fuel, I don't want the whole planet's attention on me.
I dont fantasize about being the last man on Earth. I fantasize about having enough financial security to be able to persue my interests without worrying about what I will do for a living.
You'll still have to work but now instead of going to the grocery store, you'll have to hunt mutated sewer rats prowling the streets and roast them over a burning trash can grill.
If you are going to make comments that contribute nothing, do us all a favor and don't bother.
Not every experiment is going to give unexpected results. That still tells us something valuable. i.e it places stricter limits on when gravity acts weird in possible models.
People arent cats. Cats do really well with a food source that doesnt change. (A safe and reliable food source is preferred for the survival benefits that would have provided them in their native habitat) People on the other hand tend to want variety (again for survival reasons but we do that so that we arent too dependant on one specific food)
The PS2 spawned a lot of games that later generations emulated. Lots of stuff after that basically consisted of sequels, spin offs and games trying to recreate the feel of that era.
Triphenyl = 3 phenyl groups (the rings) attached to the same atom (Phosphorus)
Phosphine = 3 R groups (molecule fragments like phenyl, methyl (CH3) etc) attached to Phosphorus
So there are 4 triphenylphosphine ligands attached to Palladium. Each triphenylphosphine has 3 phenyl groups attached to the same Phosphorus. Phenyl groups are basically rings of Carbon with all but one of the 6 Carbons attached to Hydrogen. The remaining Carbon is what attaches to the Phosphorus
Everyone that understands military doctrine would understand that one of the main purposes of Israel was to act as a staging ground to extend power throughout the middle east. There is also a sizeable voting block of christians that place special emphasis on the formation and continued support of Israel.
I would be fine with tolerating religion's existence if it remained a personal belief that was not forced upon others. But the moment it is, that means war.
According to other sources, people tried to donate and were ignored. Duke doesn't seem to prioritize working with potential donors to maintain the program.
