I don't necessarily want fascists to be in society, but they should have a right to be there as long as they're not actively hurting others.

Yeah, accidentally running into the halting problem is common in automatic code analysis.

For JavaScript apps, stopping them when they consume too much resources is definitely a good idea. But if you work on some project where it's common to run computionally intensive tasks, it can be harder to detect non-halting.

It's also beautiful because it doesn't have C-like syntax.

Looks like your browser doesn't have a PDF viewer built in. You should install an extension that adds it (PDF.js), it's really useful.
