What is even going on in the Simpson. I never really got into that show. As a kid I think I liked it because kids are supposed to like cartoons. But it was never my go to show.
The problem is that I literally do not known what to eat.
I live in a 3rd would country, so my grocery selection is a bit limited compared to what it was when I lived in the states.
I can easily get meat and core vegetables, but I don’t think I can just eat broccoli all week. Especially since a stick of broccoli is not expensive or the same price as meat.
I won’t say where it is so it didn’t get ruined but a busy dmv near the city closed down and opened somewhere slightly further away. The new location is a lot bigger, but no one goes there.
Luckily it’s like a 5 minute drive from my parents house and when you go in and get your ticket to see someone, they usually call your number before you get to the window.
I literally went, forgot documents, went home, go the documents, went back, and renewed my license in less than an hour.
I am super amateur with python and I don’t work in IT, but I’ve used it to write code for me that allows me to significantly save time in my work flow.
Like something that used to take me an hour to do now takes 15-20 minutes.
So as a nonprogrammer, im able to get it to write enough code that I can tweak until it works instead of just not having that tool.
That’s for the heads up. I didn’t know that it worked that way. I think that would affect me to some extent as I use some things that are not flatpaks.
Thanks for this post. I have been considering getting a steam deck to replace my PC. I would use it in desktop mode for PC tasks. I’m already on Linux, so it wouldn’t really change my work flows.
I think the cpu is about the same or better than my i7-8700. The gpu is only a slight step down from my rx-470 4gb.
Well I’m not in the states so it has all the shows my wife and I typically binge and leave on in the background while we work.
Star Trek
friends
the office
modern family
big bang
other stuff she watches like cooking shows.
Most of this could be saved to a server and streamed, but Netflix is also dirt cheap in the country where I live. Maybe like $3/month or something like that.
I figure the cost of streaming is less than what I pay in electricity for my home server, so I can just turn that off when not in use to save power.
My old roommate, who is now a model, just had the instructor give her the answers to the test and she got her license right away. So maybe you could try that?
It sounds like he was facing some kind of trouble and maybe thought this was his way to avoid it. Maybe he thinks he can trade military secrets for protection and a decent life? Who knows. Seems pretty strange.
That’s a great point. It’s always for a religious event. Also depending on the religion you choose you can either have Saturdays or Sundays off.
Im not sure if it is a legally recognized religion or not, but (the church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster)[https://www.spaghettimonster.org], let’s you choose which day you want as the day of worship.
Autocorrect automatically capitalized the words, so I’m leaning towards it being real.
Yeah I’m freelance and really love my work. It’s rewarding and impactful. Without any doubt these things are true. I’d probably cut back my hours a bit. But I’d just tell my clients that my services are now free.

I never became interested in it as I got older.
