For sure, emergency cartoons can and should be deployed in event of any immediate danger.

I couldn't ever manage around groups of people like that or being in public for too long. The most exposed I'd be willing is likely just like floating down a river or something, plenty of people, no real reason to interact outside of a quick hello

Nope. Always let your doctor know, medications you are taking could have extreme consequences when mixed with other drugs. They aren't the police, and they'd be breaking the law themselves to report that shit. Unless it's for a controlled substance, they have no duty or authorization to report that unless you explicitly give it to them. afaik, grain of salt and all that
