Yeah, THAT ended his hopes. Tell me, how do you end that which never existed? Or that which could even be pretended to exist?

Regular comes can suck it. Waffle comes are so superior, and it's not even close.

That said I prefer it when it's filled just a little over the to of the cone. Too much more than that and I'll probably need a bowl for safety.

With how the place I usually go fills it, it's close every time. It's a race to the bottom and while I sometimes lose the race, I always win. Because ice cream was involved.

I absolutely hate AI being used in any kind of production and being turned into a whole new kind of product.

But the technology figuring out how to do this on "its own" is very fascinating to me. Those Sora videos a whole back were pretty damn stunning. Just the fact that that kinda thing is even possible really does fascinate me. But the dystopia it seems to create makes it not worth it.

All the rules are made up, and the points don't matter.

The story behind Cubone never made any sense to me. Maybe I missed something.

But his skull helmet has the whole sad sorry about Mommy attached to it, yadda yadda. Ok, so that story fits for one specimen, or maybe a couple. But is there some massive killing spree on Marrowaks out there that all their mothers die after a single kid? How is this species not extinct?

Their population is cutting in at least half every generation, and for some reason, no offspring are ever seen before their mother perishes, is dead long enough to pry out her skull, and have it somehow fit conveniently as a hat. Or maybe they're pushing down great grandma's skull, I don't know.

But this species never made any sense, because they all have it. If it was just a particular one everything makes sense, but this is some insane shit.

Lol alright. I have a standing appointment with my brother every weekend to watch a movie and will work on a TV show for a few episodes each weekend.

None of that description sounds anything like the premise that the meme movie would be. But it does sound interesting enough for me to check it out this weekend.

And you very well may. But the pandemic itself made sense temporarily for delivery. But a lot of people really got into the lazy part of it.

We all need a little splurge like that now and then. But people doing it every week, or 2-3 times a week is just absolute gobsmack crazy to me.

Even pizza I typically pick up. I used to live just 5 minutes from one and still felt so lazy getting it brought to me I'd give em $5 tip anyway to help them and punish myself for the laziness. It was usually just 1 pie with the easiest (actually 5 minutes too- unless traffic was light at the time) drive and walkway situation they could ask for. The drivers must have fought for my tickets lol. Not a humongous tip, but for 5 minutes of work with the easiest workload possible and no difficulty (unless you count a 3-step to get on the porch, which I would often meet them at or tell em to leave it on there to prevent even that)

All of those help the pronunciation of the "word". I've no clue what OWCA is, but for the others they didn't change the very first letter that's for kinda the most important in the phrase. It's an image file, and they make it impossible to directly and verbally connect to the meaning of GRAPHICAL.

I'm not trying to fire on a hill for a pronunciation of an acronym just for my preference of g instead of j. But the absolute most important word in that phrase is graphical, and therefore the g noise absolutely has to be included and that is that for that argument. You don't kill off the main character for some worse than Scrappy Doo schmuck.

And in what world are gif and jif better or worse sounding than each other for this to even have a point? It's like whoever decided on making this fake j solely intended and only cared about making the meaning of it harder to figure out and less representative of its meaning.

Since this reply is about gif I'm mostly done, but as a quick point, for the other examples-

For SCUBA, I'm pretty sure it's just pronounced wrong because fixing that would mess up the letters if they made it work by English rules (there would need to be 2 "B"s). So the argument comes down to making it an acronym or making a new word inspired by the acronym.

NASA is actually the same thing, with a pretty similar change that would be needed. (but 2 "S"s this time)

If both of these could just add a word their problems would be fixed and everyone would be happy.

CAPTCHA I'm only vaguely aware is an acronym and I'm not looking that up right now for sanity reasons (all these hills exploding in this thread giving me PTSD). So I don't know how I feel about that one yet. But one day I'll get curious and look at it.

Plus they're an easy enough edit to add to regular photos. Is not like it has to be one of the other unless there's some secret art about actually shooting in BW that makes it somehow special-er.

If you do it regularly and aren't disabled or in some other situation that makes it necessary, I just judge you really hard. Not in a specific angle like you've chosen necessarily, but just as a person in general.

For just laziness reasons, it can't be defended and that's all these people have without the disabled reasoning. Way richer in money than brain cells clearly. What other reason could there be for regular use of it? Even just often enough to subscribe to whatever their plans are is a crazy amount of delivery orders.

Practically, and in an actual setting, no doubt. I'm not sure that's a business we wanna get into in practice.

This is just an overgrown middle schooler way of saying how lowly I think they rank in particular.

Why do sex traffickers still receive human rights? Honestly. Once convicted they should be free use tissue. If the victim didn't wanna get revenge, they turn to medical slaves for testing. Something like that.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Traffickers are uniquely evil and should get a unique legal treatment. I feel revulsion at a lot more acts and attitudes than I used to, but I've never felt bad at all for a trafficker. Even if there was a movie level backstory explaining them, until down otherwise, I feel is personally completely impossible for me to feel bad about anything that's happened to them, and I would feel absolute glee if I heard they so much as got a paper cut. No other people group do I so thoroughly enjoy every little thing that they don't enjoy. The sadder and more upset they get, the happier I am. But it only applies to them.

As a stupid kid I would have applied that to a lot of people. All of whom I feel terrible about it now. Except this one. I still love their suffering, and I don't see that ever stopping.

And I do understand the problems changing their status would bring up legally, but I still wish I could own a torture farm just for them. Make a Saw multiverse.

Now I'm thinking I actually encountered it on YouTube music. I've played several but I didn't remember any video part to them. But this one did sound vaguely familiar.

I mean you give people authority over kids and then teach them to hate the sexual part of their personality, and something's gonna go wrong, probably way more often than it goes right.

I haven't done any real reading on it yet, this is just a really common sense starting hypothesis. So don't take it for more than that. But that's my guess.

Didn't know about this show, but I've listened to a good number of audio clips from him that is still just him talking. I find a quiet conversational tone is nice as sleepy audio. That and tibetan singing bowls. Sometimes a lofi stream. But preferably a conversation I'm not involved in (doesn't even have to be in English- I'm not trying to snoop on the conversation itself, I just find certain voices soothing), if it sounds like the voices involved are communicating it hits the spot to knock me out.

All the flavors together maybe. But not if you think of any specific one.
