  • Did you respond to the wrong person?

"Healthcare isnt the get rich quick scheme people seem to believe it is. It’s basically hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt for near a decade of school, just for the privilege to basically work for free for several years."

I never said this nor do I think this, I'm so confused lol. OP asked about other services that are similar, and I responded.

  • I think veterinary offices are the only places I can understand. Everyone there is underpaid, working hard, enduring trauma, and doing it because they love animals. Although I've never seen them get upset at someone for being late!

  • It was SO bad. My main issue was how they mangled my favorite characters. They made the only protagonist I liked a villain (well besides Margaery, rip). Made her die from the puppy dog Jon Snow, who helped cause BA Ygrittes death because he had no freaking spine. Total insult to my favorite characters.

I will not be reading the book if the ending is the same or similar, which is what brought me to the idea of him holding out because..it was probably the same.

I haven't watched the new show either, I'm waiting to make sure it's decent all the way through..if it's still running? lol.

  • Hmm, it would make more sense if they were a different type of bird, one thag might actually interact with mice instead of eating them. A bit redundant as is.

Oh well, 99/100 of Nathan Pyle's comics I love, so I'm okay that this one is a miss for me lol.

  • Aren't those eagles, who are also predators?

Edit: found a fun fact about owls:

Owls eat other animals, from small insects such as moths or beetles, to large birds, even as large as an Osprey.

Whatever type of birds these are (maybe whiteheads?) they are in for a rude awakening someday!

  • Right? I think it's a bit strange that the domestic hotline shows up first (not the other issue everyone is clutching their pearls with.)

Like yelling is inappropriate in any setting, but straight to that surprises me.

  • Hmm thats a good discussion point. I think more often than not, when a woman yells, it's usually perceived as annoying or hysterical. Maybe taken with a rolling of eyes.

When a man yells, it's typically seen as authoritative and important to listen to.
