Yeah I'll be honest, I surprised myself when I bought my EV and my odometer went up a whole lot faster than it used to
My previous car wasn't easy on gas so I instinctively used it sparingly. With my EV I actually do drive a lot more and I'm volunteering to be the driver for group trips and stuff much more often...
When you reply to an ancient thread, it immediately gets pushed to the top of the board. Now everyone basically is wondering what this 5 year old topic is doing on the first page. And they might have to read through several pages of messages to understand what the hell the newest reply is about because nobody remembers the topic in the first place.
With Reddit/Lemmy, the upvote system means it really doesn't matter at all if you reply to an ancient thread, it won't jump to the front page for anyone.

I can guarantee you that 95% of car owners don't know the name of the CEO of their car company. Most people who bought Teslas years ago didn't know or care who Elon Musk is.
I generally don't vote liberal, usually NDP. When the parties aren't really that much different from each other I don't mind putting my vote towards a long shot.
Because they present amazing value (at Chinese prices) and really advanced battery technology.
