Also I'm not sure if I'd me more or less scared of death. If this is a simulation, to escape reality, I can't imagine how terrible reality would really be.
There are a lot of local businesses that I could immediately tell had ai images on their website. Smaller shops, that probably also dont know the negative connotation with ai, or just dont care
One thing I fucking hate about contractors and getting work done by shops in general is when they use your property to teach rookies, so you get a shit job done.
I genuinely dont understand what people mean they say "men need to do better" as if were all some homogeneous collective. Ive seen a reddit post, of which you can probably guess the sub, where it directly tells men to "do better"
I don't get yelling at some random person that they need to "do better" without knowing anything about them.
To be honest, everyone one did back then, often with different body parts. Feet were the "banana for scale" back in the day.
Back then, very few measuring systems were accurate in favor of accessibility. Everyone's got feet. Everyone walks (a mile is roughly 1000 steps), so on and so forth.
Eventually measurements started being used for design, where accuracy was paramount, so archaic measurements became standardized.
It sounds crazy but a lot of stuff back then was made with zero measurements. I'm into woodworking and back then they used references. You'd literally look at a board, and draw a line where it looks about right. Then you'd reference the rest of the components, so the sides may be 2/3 the length of the apron, and the top would be around waist height. Story sticks were also used, where you'd continually add marks to a stick whenever you needed to transfer a measurement. Its called story sticks since you'd make a new one for every project, and it tells a story on how the piece was made, from every measurement and marking.
It's also no coincidence that metric was designed right before the industrial revolution. I just wish everyone adopted it instead of slapping a bandaid onto old systems.
Democrats are practically shoving the voting base towards trump. Their whole selling point is "saving the system that's starving you".
Trump promised to destroy it, and destroy it he will. Not for us of course.
Same thing happened in 1930s Germany. Nornal parties were just gonna keep things going, while people had to use wheelbarrows of cash to buy a loaf and Hitler promised to destroy it all and make Germany the greatest its ever been.
A fire almost started in my garage a month ago. I was using this outlet splitter that had a bending hinge, and I think the wires wore out or something there because it started burning but fortunately the breaker popped. If it kept slowly burning before the breaker could activate, then this and 3 other homes would have burned down.
Crazy how we trust, all of the hundreds of things we plug into the wall, not to burn our house down.
Also pinto rarely squirms, he relies on brute strength to crush all resistance. I might have a couple scars where he latched on and kicked me with his hind legs.
This happens every time I go outside without a coat during winter. If I'm going to the grocery store, and I'm only outside for 60 seconds, I dont need a coat. Obviously if I was going on a hike then I'd need it.
Where'd this myth even come from about cold causing colds? Its even in the name! I can't imagine how many hours of pointless arguing occurred between parents and children because of it
She's smart enough to have a financial advisor, and honestly they're the reason she has as much wealth as she does. Other than that she is kind of a corpse. Shell lie in bed for days at a time, her screen time is often around 18-22 hours per day.
Duality of man. He is so liquidy. He is not very cuddly in general ☹️
