Post trump FCC ending net neutrality, AT&T self-preferenced its online streaming service HBO Max, unfairly disadvantaging its streaming competitors. This only ended when California passed its own net neutrality law.

One subscription service at a time is the way I do it also. Once subscriber growth numbers start to stagnate in the future, as is inevitable, I feel a new feature will be signup fees to discourage churn.
I agree but ... why would they do that when the vast majority currently paying will keep paying and live with the ads. Those that won't will either cancel (based on the Netflix account sharing experience, this will be small) or pay the higher fee. There's no way they let people watch for free.
Yes, same take but with no need to mention her having dedicated her life to destroy the legitimacy of the Senate and the Judicial branch. Because she didn't do that, McConnell did, and continues to do so. Bottom line, The Nation says she needs to resign, just like McConnell needs to.
Select quotes:
"Two-thirds of Californians tell pollsters they think that Feinstein is unfit to stay as their senator. A majority of Democratic voters want her to resign. (I suspect, in their defense, that those who answer that they don’t want her to resign simply haven’t been reading the news about her state of acute unwellness.) Yet resign she won’t..."
"...because of Feinstein’s unfathomable stubbornness, for all intents and purposes California is down to only one fully functioning senator."
"I agree with GOP presidential hopeful Nikki Haley on almost nothing of political substance. But she’s not wrong when she says that aged political leaders ought to face regular mental competency tests, in the same way as elderly drivers have to regularly retake parts of the driving test to weed out those who have become too impaired to safely navigate the roadways. If there were such a competency test for politicians, Californians would almost certainly be getting ready, right about now, to welcome a replacement for their senior senator."
The strategy here is to be able to say Biden was impeached, just like Trump was, when it comes to 2024. Devalue the process. Neutralize Trump's impeachments. You say Biden's is illegitimate? So does trump about his.
It doesn't matter to this strategy if the claims have any value. It doesn't matter if they never get voted on, either. Just having an inquiry could be enough.
I never brought up colors, which are nothing like the specific and provable social media handles. Best not to lie on a visa application, especially not about something that can be proven with subpoenas.
It is conceivable to prove you have a social media account you denied having (seize your phone, your computer). It is not the same as having a favorite color.
The consequences of lying on a visa application can be severe, such as a ban on entering the US.
"Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!"
