It would be up to the high court to interpret what that means. I think that's what OP was referring to when saying that High Court interprets constitutional legislation.
As bad as privatising land registries as it's not like the 6% stamp duty you pay is going to the land registry. There's probably a nominal fee that these land registries are getting on each lookup and transfer.
Is the Voice not (or will be) constitutional legislation? I do agree that it largely hands over the powers to the parliament but there is a caveat that they can rule on what it means for them to be able to make representations to parliament.
Yeah that single tax movement has been around since the 1880s. Replacing all other taxes is maybe a bit extreme but pretty much all economists suggest increasing land taxes including our own Henry Tax review.

If this was the case land wouldn't make up the majority of "wealth" and we wouldn't be having a housing crisis.
Outside of holiday towns I don't think AirBNB is actually an issue it's such a small percentage of properties that it's really just marginal. Arguably they get a small subsidy for paying residential rates but most the time it's an apartment that gets the minimum rate so effectively a hotel is paying less.
In holiday towns it's similar but arguably they cause more dramatic spikes in rent but overall it should be similar. Tourists are also generating a lot of revenue and jobs so would you rather low rent but no jobs or higher rent but a competitive job market?
The people at prosper have put some thought into this. https://www.prosper.org.au/campaigns/stamp-duty-to-land-tax/ there scheme allows the elderly to defer the tax until sale which prevents them from being forced to sale but still incentivises it.
Solar or wind power curtailments isn't necessary a problem. It likely makes sense to overbuild anyway to enough during other times. The political issue is that often incentive for renewable power can be tied to generation and it's ot always about offering carbon emissions i.e. incentivising solar or wind to be built where it is relatively useless.
We desperately need a carbon price / tax rather than trying to block new mines anyway as the later will just deliver windfalls to existing and overseas producers.
You're at bit late at preemptively paying it off to avoid the 7%. Wait until the next rate is released (~March 2024) and then decide.
