  • I'm very strongly against anything being sold in russia, with sold being the keyword. they should ideally be completely financially isolated

and well bans in countries like china are imposed by the country/govt itself rather than the developers/publishers

  • huh i thought this was limited to regions like russia, belorus, china, etc but yeah fuck sony/arrowhead then

  • tbh fuck them. steam does not sell games in these regions anyway

  • tbh fuck them.
steam does not sell games in these regions anyway replied to wrong comment

  • Run

    Jump
  • administrator in windows != root, it's more like user account in sudoers file (but without password auth) processes don't start out with admin rights under administrator accounts on windows, they still need to request the user to elevate (unless uac is off)

  • the door just won't open in both directions.
there are no rules against forcing cops out or cats in if they're already on the "wrong" side

  • there are detailed changelogs for almost every single KB on Microsoft's website

  • "render trans chunks after entities/sel box etc "

  • what about making actual authoritative servers?
that would break most cheats except *-bots

also there's usually no need to replicate the entire game state on all clients, some details like movements of players out of view can be omitted (ofc this doesn't apply to lol but whatever)

  • yeah but it's also a power hog, power usage never dropped below 1200ma on idle on my phone

  • btw, Ukraine's Diia (дія) app is pretty good too and mostly open source (both backend and frontend components are fully open source, but document microservices which directly contact govt registeies in order to fetch the data are kept proprietary; they would be useless without proper authorization anyway though)

it also provides seamless authorization using managed keypairs (i.e. instead of using your own hardware keys to sign electronic documents, you can just use the app, which also provides a convinient oauth-like flow. Signing up for a bank account literally turns into a single tap, a face scan, and providing e.g. salary info etc)

  • I've never had any issues with EAC, it's probably one of the least invasive kernel-level anticheats out there (with vanguard being the most invasive)

  • ugh i hate the word "females". why not just say "women"

  • must be a cool device to jailbreak and mess around with just for the sake of it tho
it has a very unique form factor after all

  • it has the same cpu as my budget 100$ phone from 2018 lol

  • how did you get it to wörk?

  • i have only YouTube enabled (personalization is good enough that i actually do care about it) and google search (since it also affects google maps) and both are set to the lowest auto delete option

  • AIgraphy

  • I just treat polkit as "set it and forget" kind of thing and leave it on defaults, I'd rather spend my time on something more important
