Just recently found Barista. Its an alternative instagram client that lets you browse privately and does not expose you to their stupid algorithm.
Also Infinity to go on Reddit.
Oh yeah, most of the time are just webapps presented as a full app in a store. There are good apps out there, but most of what you find are a waste of time, space, and resources.
