Wouldn't it be funny if gay people referred to other gay people as their "colleagues"?

  • This post was reported for being offensive. Its hard to know what is offensive to all groups of people. "Colleague" is a pretty innocuous term and "twink" seems to be context dependent. It doesn't seem obviously derogatory in this context, "you see some dude" feels similar. I won't take action for now. I'm very open to feedback, being wrong, and learning. Thanks all.

  • I'm sure it's not a surprise that this post was reported. From what I saw, the conversation remained focused on society and anatomy and remained far less graphic than a basic anatomy textbook. Thanks everyone.

  • I think it would be the new Instagram Threads app. It looks like a great way for them to get a lot of free content for their new app.

    I'm very interested in what thr Mastodon and Lemmy instance admins have planned. I think there are great arguments made in: https://ploum.net/2023-06-23-how-to-kill-decentralised-networks.html

    I haven't heard counter arguments that are equally well supported, but would love to hear them.
