I'm also using Nova Launcher (on Pixel 6A), received Android 14 update, haven't had any problems. Or frankly noticed many differences at all, which makes me hope they spent the year squashing bugs? Right, Google? ...
I think they slowed their expansion of new, unannounced cities. If they announced or started work in an area, it will very likely be finished. I think all of their "easy" targets were hit, others have fiber competitor or difficulties, and rollouts were more expensive than anticipated.
And Republicans hold the majority of seats because of cheating gerrymandering. They do not deny this fact, and continue drawing unfair, literally illegal districts as we speak. (They also have the power to write laws ending it, but fair districts would end the GOP.)
The patch notes are just super-detailed, no need to worry about game-breaking bugs IMO. Finished once on 1.63, then added PL and 2.1 and finished all at 100%. No infuriating bugs, 4-5 clean crashes to desktop. (PC, AMD Ryzen 2600, Radeon 6600 XT, 2K QHD res, high settings, RT off.)
It's probably the best game I've ever played, honestly. Incredible work that is now well-polished, even 2.0. First 20-40 hours felt a bit underwhelming, but by the end I was blown away. And 2.0 adds a lot of fun. At 250+ hours now, new game and choices, still wanting to play every day.
GOP "moderates" caved again. They never fail to fall in line, eventually. They were desperate to end the embarrassing failed speaker votes, easily worn down and "fooled" (gasp!) by an unknown candidate. Only the people who voted these clowns into the House are more disappointing.
Some people see Florida as America's floppy, deformed penis. Others see it more as a nauseating dookie emerging from the south. Scientists are still studying the area to find the causes of the mass psychosis, but urge all healthy adults to avoid the region and its inhabitants.
Technically true, but I don't think most people would consider upscaling as "faking" an image. However, given a poor quality source (and parameters), I'm sure some terrible "AI" upscalers could produce some kind of massively-modified abomination.
Edit: Taking a closer look, I think this image qualifies. Terribly done at every level, with extreme over-sharpening and hideous artifacts. SMFH.
WinRAR also has clever password and encryption features. (Set short master password, quickly encrypt/decrypt any saved very long passwords.) Integration is great. Updates are regular. I only wish the UI would be updated a bit (more than just icon packs, dark mode).
Reuters also regularly regurgitates disinformation and obvious lies coming directly from the Kremlin. I guess they don't consider truth or accuracy very important, only "reporting news".
Yup. Sorry, New Orleans. I guess they will soon find out (again) why they need to make the effort to vote. Was being Mississippi not enough of a threat?
It's funny how they all managed to support a new dress code in a matter of days (they really felt the threat from hoodies and shorts), but can't figure out how to fix a critical problem like this after many months (caused by only one dumb cunt). Bunch of clowns.
It's super impressive, and not DOA. Apple (unbelievably) announced it will support JXL on Safari and all-the-things. I wish Mozilla would have led the way, but OK. Hopefully this finally pushes Microsoft and Google to support it.
I'm using XnView to easily batch convert (90-98 quality, 7-8 compression), and have been loving it. Just needs browser and OS support.
You need to understand that the Republican party is by now a well-distilled cult, and most will vote for literally anyone they are told to.
Any news they don't like is fake, including Jordan covering up sexual abuse, and T****'s 90+ felony charges. Their minds are ravaged by years of misinformation and conspiracies (hate-for-profit "news", social media propaganda, etc). They simply do not know or care what is real anymore. To be brutally honest, these are also symptoms of just being very dumb, but now they've been organized and weaponized.
These clowns have always existed. What has changed is masses of very dumb people being brainwashed and organized, thanks mostly to social media "news". (Plus the decline of respect and funding for actual journalism.) Idiocracy is here.
But their base already believed that, with no evidence. This is all just because they need to act like they're doing "something", and it's much easier than actually governing and helping people (while simultaneously pleasing their corpo masters). The distilled base of angry, miserable, irrational, moron cultists enables it.
Same here. I played around with the settings (extremely limited, typical of Google), but ended up just deleting the widget. I'm using Nova Launcher on a Pixel 6A. Hope it at least fits the default launcher UI better, otherwise it's just terrible.
I do this with passwords, too. For example, generate 15 digits and add 5 digits (like +LMY!) to end. Many of those sites will list which passwords were stolen, easy to see to see which sites have unforgivably poor security.
For email addresses, the variation is useful, but it's probably inevitable that it's eventually sold, stolen or guessed. Still nice to have the evidence.
