You mean walktroughs ? I don't watch walktroughs to know how to beat the game. I beat the game myself. I watch walktroughs to listen to music and feel the atmosphere. You can't feel the game without audio inside the game.

Honestly when I was doing interview I always tried to ask simple questions about data structures or technologies from CV like what's the difference between array / list and set, or set and map, I got 90% people failing those answers, sometimes it was stress and you could feel it, so I even helped them with answers and always tried to encourage them so they get rid of stress and start thinking. All of people I hired turned out to be good workers and still work in those companies. I think we just slowly forget how to talk with each other. With all the technology around us, we're losing empathy.

It's just video is slowly replacing writing. Old people were used to reading, young people are used to watching short videos and skipping. For video games I find it easier to find "walktrough no commentary" to figure out how long the game is and scroll briefly to see the gameplay than to read subjective view of author. I simply watch gameplay and decide if game is for me or not.

I believe you can run 30B models on single used rtx 3090 24GB at least I run 32B deepseek-r1 on it using ollama. Just make sure you have enought ram > 24GB.

If you want to use supercomputer software, setup SLURM scheduler on those machines. There are many tutorials how to do distributed gpu computing with slurm. I have it on my todo list.

Those datacenter GPU won't be for sale. Those will be destroyed so corporate can write them off from tax. You will pay for them twice.
