Should they really though?Been daily driving Linux for 15+ years now. I recently got a computer that officially supports Linux (framework 13). Running Fedora, an officially supported distro. Had to literally compile C code just to change my touchpad scroll speed.I love Linux and it's improved a LOT over the years but there are still things that IMO make it not quite ready for average consumers.
Fails to or refuses to?Edit: just took at look at their repo and there is indeed no license. Looking at the issues I can't find anyone mentioning it. Maybe an oversight? sourceEdit2: looking at the backend server repo, it does say that it's AGPL but you are correct there is no license.txt.
What about the caller? IMO types are more helpful for the consumer of the code than the original developer.
This thread doesn't have anything to do with troubleshooting Linux. It's literally a debate.
