I might have to agree with that other commenter that maybe new terms are needed just for clarity of communication, at least with those outside the movement.
In my mind, personal property would be a subset of private property so getting rid of the larger set necessarily includes the subset.
So personal property as you're using it presumably has a maximum allowable level? Or just as long as it's for your personal use? No rental houses for example, but a vacation home would be ok?
I've now thrown out all my toothbrushes and toilet paper. My fridge and pantry have been emptied entirely, and the bookshelf has been purged. Maybe this wasn't the best approach.
Considering how much of human effort is just signaling in different forms, this makes a lot of sense. Losing a visual marker of your hard work messes with your established signaling. This makes me wonder what the new signal will be? Fitness clothing has already been taken... Maybe people will wear their gym memberships on a lanyard all the time or something?
