I die every workday when I have to boot in windows because our CAD doesn't work on Linux. On the other hand it makes switching back to plasma at the end of work feel as sweet as day 1! I don't feel like I'll ever take it for granted.

You could have a decent thought here if it weren't for his response to BLM movement, trying to call in the national guard to crowd control with live ammo, the border and war crimes, as well his assault on the court system and attack on reproductive/women's rights. That among many other things no one remembers. The sheer volume of trauma he's generated in the world easily negates any sympathy in my mind.

As a human he deserves medical and psychological treatment like anyone else as that's a human right imo. One which he's happy to ignore for others. By no means would i ever feel a shred of sympathy for the fleshpile.

Syncthing has worked well for me between 3 devices(Linux, android, windows). I've had one conflict in 6mo and it was easy to identify the right copy to select in keepass' prompt since the more recent one was a larger file.

Synchthing also provides optional version control which makes backing up easy.

Worth noting that Norway has a very small population, in fact, short term residencies leaving such as students, refugees (which Norway takes an insane amount of), and seasonal (especially oil) workers could at least explain the trend/fluctuation. To your question: More headaches and invasion of privacy for everyone due to enforcement. How do you enforce it other than state issued ID? It would also exclude a lot of people who either don't have that ID or don't have access to it. Then there's the whole question if whether you want the government to know what media you're interacting with. For legal reasons the social media company would need to keep evidence on file of your identification, if not report it. Keeping is regardless of whether it's part of that law, CYA and all.

It's not being prosecuted, so its legal.

Her not being seen for the last few years is good for dems as there's nothing for the Republicans to latch onto beyond racism and mysogyny. They don't have the long developed hatred that they have for Hillary.
