Honestly, the jump from 2011 to 2025 doesn't seem nearly as steep as say 2000-2011. Sure games look better today but 2011 games still hold up. In 2000, 3d graphics were still new and most titles are considered unplayable now in terms of graphics and controls

The only way to keep my ADHD at bay when I'm on the computer is to be radical with my tabs. Don't need it in the next hour? That's definitely a bookmark, not a tab. I configured my browser to not save tabs between sessions so I always start clean. I'd long be dead otherwise, suffocated by my own browser tabs.

I'll try to summarize.

Germany's highest court can ban parties that want to dismantle democracy. But that process can only be initiated by the federal government, the federal parliament or a majority of the state parliaments. NOT by the court itself.

Before the election, there was a group of MPs spanning over almost all parties who advocated to initiate said process, but they couldn't form a majority. Other MPs and the government had argued to wait for the report that just now came out and confirmed AfD to be enemies of the democratic order.

So now they don't have any excuses, really. They are morally, but not legally, obligated to ask the court to ban AfD. Said court has signalled in the past that they have enough evidence and that they are eager to start. Whether or not it will happen is not clear, but it has never been more likely.

It's not a big deal via terminal but for me and probably the average user, a decent update UI is superior. I want my computer to remind me like once a week and then update with one or two clicks. Updating via terminal does not appeal to me.

If you have 1-2 seconds of audio delay with bluetooth, something is wrong. SBC bluetooth audio has like 200ms max.
