I just love how people seem to want to avoid using the word lie.

It’s either misinformation, or alternative facts, or hallucinations.

Granted, a lie does tend to have intent behind it, so with ChatGPT, it’s probably better to say falsehood, instead. But either way, it’s not fact, it’s not truth, and people, especially schools, should stop using it as a credible source.

That’s also a good reason. My reason is because it is all made up.

There are only two ways to do this:

Neither is likely to happen anytime soon, so we’re stuck with this piece of shit for some decades longer. But that relies on the human race having the capacity to critically think, which is even more unlikely than option #1.

Yep, Unity DE had ads. Then people revolted and Canonical eventually got rid of them and also switched to base Gnome with some extensions.

It definitely happened, I saw it in real time on my install of Ubuntu. But they learned their lesson on this one, I feel.
