No one said you need to trust their reporting.

I get it, but whatever is being done in the PC ecosystem isn't really solving the problem either. The last bastion of cheating in the console space is 3rd party controllers. Banning them is going to be way more effective than any anti cheat software.

If I was using an unapproved controller I'd probably be pissed, but how big is that market outside of people cheating? Aren't most 3rd party controllers approved devices anyways?

They're arguing that the press is important to maintaining and exercising free speech. If they go out of business because they don't make ad money, bad for free speech. Not saying they are right, but I think everyone here is missing what they are really saying.

Microsoft does make a special controller for people with disabilities. Still sucks for people with custom setups. The cheating in fps games is out of control though

The number of weird issues I've seen over the years gaming on PC is what I'm talking about. And it takes time to deal with. When things work right, sure, it's just as easy.

I'm sure everyone has different experiences and maybe it's better now, but if I never have to fight with a driver issue again I'm happy.

Exactly. That was the moment and it passed. It would take something so extreme it's hard to even fathom. Actually, maybe it's as simple as the left taking up arms and starting militias similar to the right.

I play games a lot, and have a PC that can handle them. I'm perfectly capable of dealing with the PC ecosystem. Many times I choose to play on my series x just because it's easier. I have the PC hooked to the same monitor and I still play on Xbox as the default. Ease of use matters.

Lol, you never have to update drivers? Updating console firmware is rare, easy, and doesn't take a few hours.

Season downloads apply to PC as well. They get auto updated anyways so it isn't a factor for either case.

Biden isn't really expanding border wall construction. There hasn't been a policy shift to build a giant wall to solve immigration issues. Just a single case of wall being built. Every one of your points are skin deep and ignores a lot of nuance. Not to mention the condescending comment on being nice to the rainbow flag.
