  • Businesses of a different industry can use the same name. There is nothing keeping you from using the website for blogging. The computer store might be problematic if it could be construed you are trying to profit from EA's established trademark. Also, why would you want a .org for a storefront? I'd say get a different domain for your computer store.

  • You're right that default credentials should have gone away a decade ago. From my experience with security cameras, default credentials were the norm ~5 years ago and now most prompt you to create a unique password. That industry typically lags slightly in infosec best practices. I would expect routers to require a higher level of security.

  • Course not, they probably funded the bill that puts the onus on consumers. Through taxes, bottle deposits, and various fees, the consumer is being wrung dry trying to create the appearance of offsetting corporate environmental destruction. All we're doing is helping condense power and money into a shrinking pool of world destroyers.
