You sell labor in return for wages. Your employer pays wages less than what it's worth to them and keeps the difference as profit. That's exploitation already.
Whoever finishes first wins, and overtakes are fun. I know more rules but don't care much about them. Minimum amount of tires, overtakes off the road and pushing your opponents off track are there to make the paying playing field fair and balanced but usually don't matter for the enjoyment.
Most fancy missiles do that already. You could teach it the map of the area and tell it to follow a river bed for such and such time then head to target, for example.
You can be corrupt and still have thriving industry and even innovate.
Corruption is a scale, so it's fair to say all countries are corrupt. The main impact is on people without a direct line with politicians, which means CEOs get to benefit the most - after politicians of course.
There's also nothing stopping a malicious actor from putting a malicious app in the store, whether that is a wrapper on JavaScript or native code. So I don't see the distinction at all from having pwa or native apps barriers because they're all weak.
Hey that's not new, people have been doing this since language was invented. Today they're most successful in areas such as country presidents and company CEOs.
