The Brian Cox series on ABC has a bunch of interesting stuff about this. I think one of Jupiter's moon's moons isn't tidally locked to the moon itself, but another point in space of it's elliptical movement.
Then you can look up Alpha Centuri and the suns and planets that orbit each other
I knew there was a car show in Reservoir this weekend but I wasn't sure when it was. There was a community Easter thing on today that had cars at it so I took the boys there.
I checked my calendar and I did put a reminder in my calendar. It's on tomorrow, so we can go down to reservoir tomorrow and look at cars again
I'll need to crack open a can of Citray when I get home today. I received an email from La Sirene they've stocked up on the Praline as well. We'll probably be in Reservoir for a car show so I might get some
Introducing copilot into 365 and upping the price by $100 was one of the best things to ever happen to Libreoffice. I've been meaning to do a presentation on Libreoffice for the old people I help so they can save money
I'm surprised they even happened. I thought they'd be the sorry of things he talks about forever and never actually does. But I guess this is like the Muslim ban; do it, revoke it, blame other people, and talk about it without ever implementing it again
There have always been a bunch of Thomas's around for me. There's one guy at work also called thomas with the same initials as me, so that could get very confusing in the project management software
Thanks for the birthday wishes yesterday everyone. It feels like I got a bigger response here from people I haven't met in person compared to what I ever got from people I know on Facebook
I remembered it's my birthday today so I got the breakfast banh mi as a treat on the way in to work. I think I'll check my emails and head down to the nearby shopping centre during lunch to collect up as much free/discounted birthday stuff as I can
I also found out the few people using linux in head office were asked to switch back to Windows. Because work offers no support, you were given root access and could just sudo anything onto your computer you'd like.
Sounds sick but that's exactly why they've backflipped on this
It's more these are both Dell Precisions. The old one is from around 2021 so it feels lie they were too ambitious on the USB-C everything front back then. Maybe they realised they're not Apple and workplaces aren't going to buy every employee dongles for everything
