That sounds nice but it's owned by a giga corp so if it was created it would be garbage full of micro transitions.

I got like 6 old computers from 2000 to 2016 all doing different things. If I had a choice between a high end server and cobbled together mess I would always choose the mess. Lot more entertainment and fun to figure out

Have the same problem with aphantasia but full on, I can't imagine feeling, hearing or any of my senses In my head. I know something is hot because I remember it hurt but I can't seem to like create it in my mind.

Although tbh it's kinda fun to interupt someone when they say "ok imagine that..." And I'm like "no". (Usually in jest with someone I trust)

I would be more careful on Lemmy.world. Feels like a lot of Lemmy.world doesn't like instances where they question things like capatilism and such. I have blocked more communities and users on lemmy.world them .ml.

But that's my own personal experiences.

Same and what's fucked up is I had 2fa on them and like really fucking long complicated passwords because security.

Damn near impossible they was "hacked".

Every so often I have to go recheck my old meta accounts to make sure there still deleted. I have noticed that they somehow become undeleted without me knowing or wanting it.

I use voyager and block words phrases and instances that bring that stuff up. And sometimes users who repeatedly do it too.

I'm also on Lemmy blahaj which don't know if that matters. But over time I rarely have a lot of depressing political things in my feed anymore. Just every so often.

I have another account on Lemmy world for political things already I rarely use it.

TikTok was not as censored before the ban, people could talk about there genders race, could go live at protest, could criticize government shit.

Now I consider it trumptok. Probably a way for TikTok to cater to trump to not ban it by anything related to trump that's negative to ban them and promote all things good trump.

It is no longer TikTok it is now just as bad as meta and x because that's the only way they can see to keep the platform in the United States

Man pages are for people who already know a lot about Linux and understand all the nuances and understanding of Linux

Even after using Linux for many many years I still don't understand wtf nearly all man pages mean. It's like a fucking codex. It needs to be simplified but not to the extreme where it doesn't give you information you need to understand it.

Tbh that's most of Linux, not designed for average people, designed by Linux users who think that all others should know everything about Linux.
