As someone else said you need to go to the council, they will have a department specifically for noise complaints and anti social shit like this. You will probably need to fill out a form online and then they have officers for this specific problem who will call you and probably come out to visit. They will be your best recourse to finding a solution to this.
You can still buy rim brakes, they are just aren't very good at their primary function. Also if you find disc brake pads harder to change than rim brakes I think you are doing it wrong!

I am an adult male who goes to the park / beach to play with and practise my levitation wand (flow toy) which is way less "normal" that just juggling.
Aside from the fact that who gives a fuck, it is a public park and anyone who thinks a man juggling is weird is the one with the problem the opposite is actually true in my experience.
The majority of people ignore me and the ones that don't are genuinely interested in what the fuck I'm doing or how it works. Some people will watch from a distance, some people will engage and ask but no one tells me it is weird.
My gf does these lymphatic drainage massages because of exactly that. She had cancer and beat it over 10 years ago now but it wrecked her lymphatic nodes in places which causes swelling of body parts. These massages can help to relieve that a little.
Ironically what exacerbates it is any kind of exercise, she doesn't let that hold her back and is extremely active but going for a walk can actually cause swelling and so a lymphatic drainage massage might help that after the fact.
Couldn't agree more with your take on Early Access bullshittery. I too refuse to pay for anything that is "released" and described as much. It is just another thing after micro transactions that have further ruined gaming and despite a personal boycott of these practice's still gets ever more common :(
Yeh, I was so hyped for that launch but it just isn't Guild Wars to me. Everyone still talks it up to this day and I have tried so many times to get into it but I'd rather go back and venture into pre-searing again and see my man Rurik.

Nothing has ever been like the first Guild Wars, the second was such a massive disappointment for me.
That is how I felt about Dave the Diver, was really enjoying the first part of the game and was excited to keep playing but they kept adding more and more shit on top that seemed unnecessary and it just made me lose interest entirely.
It could have been great but turned out to be a bit Meh for me.
Same experience here, the numbers they give are utter made up bullshit. I'm not sure how my muscle mass declined when all my lifts had at least doubled in weight. They are not worth the time or the money.
