Addiction or not, who are you to say what people can or can't do? Drugs, caffeine, sugar, why are you concerned with that rather than just providing options?
Can you show me what makes you think it's a mental health issue?
Alcoholism is the only one I'm aware of, which can be hereditary and genetic.
Also your games a literally gone, even your "physical" ones if they decide you did something they don't like and banned your device from Nintendo networks.
I wouldn't say it's a mental disorder (not all at least), but 100% not a crime. We didn't ask to come into this world, let us do to our bodies and minds what we want.
Full agree, as someone who owns both. Steam deck is much cooler, opened me up to many games I didnt care to play on PC with a controller. Shredders revenge, lots of side scrollers, etc.
It's 100% worth the mod OR put that money toward a steam deck/Linux handheld. Im actually looking to sell this switch to put towards another steam deck. Sooo many more options and better support, not locked into Nintendo bullshit. Put whatever you want on it (like 95% of games right now, I've had very few issues) but did have to learn a bit. Beats the hell out of a locked down ecosystem 100000%.
Jet li? What are you doing on lemmy
