I don't get your first statement at all. I have no problem opening anything in office 365 and I'm the only one in my office with 365, everyone else has a version of office suite that you could buy outright (which is my biggest complaint about 365, personally I'd rather own it) and we have 0 issue transferring documents back and forth.

Including our insanely complex payroll excel sheet that should be a database. We pay people on 7 different pay schemes, from hourly, to commission, to peice rate, with base rates and bonuses, to special pay programs, using insanely complex macros and external sources, most of which are Google sheets. And that workbook functions from 365 to 2003

That's what kills me about people who rag on Americans.

I disagree, Sheri Tenpenny has been among the most damaging voices in the antivax arena since it began. This is a relevant as Andrew Wakefield losing his license. Her claims are used worldwide by the anti Vax, covid denying nut jobs.

You entirely missed the point of this picture.

This picture isn't about breaking Steve's fingers so you can both play shitty guitar. It's about making sure you can both access a guitar and lessons to learn.

The equality picture would be shoving a guitar in each of your hands and a coupon for lessons, while failing to address that you live 2 hours away from the teacher while he lives next door.

Eta: equity would be providing you with a free buss ride to the teachers house 2 hours away. This gives you all the tools to get guitar lessons, but, you might not be able to take advantage of this because a 5 hour commitment isn't the same as a 1 hour 5 minute commitment and you lose out on opportunity cost. You get free guitar lessons and a ride, but the system is broken. Justice is fixing the system so that there's enough guitar teachers within a reasonable distance. Like say, making sure that no one is more than 20 minutes from a guitar teacher.

Sync has a developer who I chose to compensate for their work. I would've done the same for connect. I would like people to get compensated for the work they do. It's great to get something for free, but I am not entitled to their free labor.
