  • You assume that because I play games that I'm a young boy?
I'm a woman in her 30s. Ive been playing games since I was 4. Ive played sega, Nintendo, playstation, Xbox and pc games. I also play d&d.
I play a wide range of games from Pokémon, Zelda, animal crossing to doom, overwatch, diablo, the dark pictures games, Alan wake, baldurs gate, mass effect, slay the spire.
I'm not playing due to corporate manipulation. I play because I want to play, because I enjoy engaging my brain and being able to focus on something fun. So please, continue to shit on things people enjoy instead of actually focusing on the things you enjoy.

  • I'm a die hard Nintendo fan. Been playing Nintendo since I was like 4.
Pokémon is one of my favourite gaming series ever.
However, I also play games that are basically Pokémon but with a different name. So long as there's not actual copyright being broken, who cares? Pokémon is an insanely successful franchise, if other companies want to try using the idea for their games in hopes of success. Go for it! It's fun seeing all the variants.
I get why people hate seeing their favourite game 'ripped off', but if Nintendo see it as an issue, they'll deal with it themselves. People need to chill out, I'm pretty sure Nintendo are capable of fighting their own battles. It's not like they're a small company of 10 people who might of not seen the game.

  • It's just cats being cats.
Not feeding them for however long to 'train' them is just cruel man.
My cat shouts at me when it's food time. Randomly through the day. When she wants attention. Another cat shouts at me when she wants attention. And all four shout when it's food time.

If you can't deal with cats being cats. Don't have a cat.

  • Oh man, you've got sooo much to go! It's great. I love that whole starting area. It's so much fun.

My second play through was a wood elf bard. She was pretty fun to play. Considering I'm a barbarian player usually. First play through was a half orc barbarian, she was really cool.

  • I'm in my third play through of it. It's such an amazing game, so many emotions and amazing storylines.

    Where are you up to?

  • Haha. No kidding. That's one heck of an episode for sure!

  • Cats can also have litters to multiple males. My cat snuck out during lock down, before I could get her sterilised. And had a little of two grey cats (same as her and the cat I saw her near) and a black and white tuxedo cat (also another colour way of cat that hung around my garden.)
It's interesting to see all the variations of kitties when they have kittens!

  • I worked for them a few years ago.
Try using a browser, if that doesn't work, clear the cache and cookies and try again. If it still doesn't work, try a different browser (the one they'd usually recommend was Firefox). If that doesn't work, customer service should be able to remove it for you.

The system is dumb, the security system is automated and did weird shit at times. One of the error codes in the document we had was labelled as 'WTF happened?'
So yeah. PayPal are kinda wang sometimes.

  • I worked for them. I've seen their list of error code reasons. Literally one of the error codes you could get was labelled as 'WTF happened?' on the list.
'Too many buckets' was another one, that one made me laugh tbh.
But they literally have like a 12+ page document of error codes and what they mean. The system is pretty buggy.
But generally our solution was, clear cache and cookies or try a different browser. It 75% of the time worked. If that didn't work, customer service could remove cards for you.

  • Brand loyalty is stupid.
How dare you mention leaving windows. I use windows!

Yes... Brand loyalty is stupid. So maybe look in that mirror before commenting dude.

  • Go check out his profile. There's more on there. :)

  • So long as you own their stuff. Since they pulled shit with Bethesda, I'm pretty certain we can see blizz stuff going from playstation. It only mentioned call of duty getting a 10 year promise. No mention of diablo or overwatch.

So you'll get to play, if you own a pc or Xbox. Microsoft can't stand the fact Sony beat them in console sales constantly.

I'm fully on the, this deal should have been blocked side. They're monopolising like a toddler hording toys so nobody else can play with them.

  • No, they're called longbois.

  • Says the one who jumped to sexualising children. Nobody is talking about their sex lives.

And if we're on the topic. Straightness is forced down everyone's throats, all the movies and TV shows that contain straight couples. An insanely high majority. Guarantee you're fine with your kids knowing someone is straight. Homophobic asshole.

  • So here I will use doctors as an example.

To earn near or just over 100k a year you need to be a specialist surgeon for 10 years. That's not including the years it takes to become a surgeon anyway.

  • The rich are taxed. They pay way more than you do. They pay way more than the non rich people combined. The top 10 rich people pay more taxes than all the non rich people. So don't come at me about taxes. Your tax contribution is basically nothing. Whereas they pay insane amounts.

In my country. You pay 40% tax if you earn over 100k a year. Which isn't even rich, but you basically give up nearly half your wage you work fkn hard for. So don't try pull the tax bullshit.

  • Exactly. I'm not saying poor rich folk. I just saying it's nice they donated, and the amount can do a lot of good.

I can't afford to donate. So I'm thankful someone can. I swear these people would complain if a rich person just randomly gave them 10k, cause they could afford to give them more.

  • If you think making movies is so easy, then go and do it.

If it's way easier than what you do then it shouldn't be that difficult right?

  • Miss me with youtube, I'm not giving them clicks.

I honestly dont care either. I get sick of people telling others how they should live and what they should do with their own money. Be happy they donated 10 mil. That can do a lot of good.

If people are willing to tell others how to spend their own money, they should also accept others telling them how to use their money too.

Its like the free speech bullshit. People think it's fine to police others speech just because they don't like what they're saying, but if someone tried to police their speech they get butthurt. Stop trying to police people and just be happy when someone does something good.

  • I feel you. Me too.

That's why it's good that people are donating to funds like these. Celebs donate big amounts. Even if it's less that 1% of their worth. Who cares? It's 10mil, that's a lot of money and can do a lot of good.

My point was, I notice the people who screech about celebs not donating enough either don't donate themselves or wouldn't even consider donating the percentage of their money that they feel these people should be donating. It's hypocritical.

The rock is a good person, he's worked to get where he is. He's entitled to his money just like every other Tom, dick and harry is.

As much as I dislike shitty rich people, looking at you Elon, it's still their money. And if we screech about how they should spend their money, it's only fair that we can then be told how to use ours too. Would it be nice if people like him used money for good, yes of course. But end of the day, it's their money to do with as they choose. And even a donation that isn't huge to them, is huge to others in need. So it shouldn't be complained about. It should be seen as good.
