M-series chip might be the biggest leap in newer time in computers. I think that's pretty well made by Apple at least.

Imagine if that meant in the people's best interest.

Yeah, they found out they could win, when they stuck it to X and straight up banned them until they complied.

Just like the big tech companies have different ToS for EU consumers.

I don't really have a problem with the Switch. It's great! I fits all my needs, and I 100% understand if they want to make it the same, just even better.

There is, but doesn't explain why there's more upvotes on the post than the comment. Most people would downvote the post after reading that comment, but it's usually higher anyway. (and sometimes it's not, I know)

Google was using their monopoly to take away user choices. This is a long term win for everyone, but you can't see it if you only think shortsighted.

True. Google is using a monopoly and forcing users to use Google Maps on their platform.

There's no competition, and everyone is worse of. It's a long term good change by the EU.

Influencers are making an extreme amount of money, and Meta doesn't get a bite of that specific cake.

Now they make their own influencers to funnel that money away from the people and into the company instead.

If they succeed with making popular AI bots, they can control user buying behaviour and political views like no other. Because you are much more likely to follow a "person" you trust than an ad. (the reason why influencers are a success to begin with.)
