  • Do you mean that you can't imagine how he actually drove it into the swimming pool unless alcohol or something else occurred? Because falling over a 5-10 foot ledge and having the mower land on you would easily cause significant injuries.

    As for why it was driven into the pool: Could be something as simple as being distracted, eg., using his phone while mowing.

    Regardless, I agree that at a minimum this is an election interface but I doubt they could make a solid case for ballot theft.
