Thanks for sharing your experiences. From what I’ve read online the non-surgical treatments just manage rather than fix the problem. I miss onion and garlic and tomato and chilli so damn much 😭😭

I had a gastroscopy today to try to identify the cause of sudden onset severe reflux I’ve experienced in the last couple of months. Looks like I’ve got a hiatus hernia impacting my oesophagus, which I think the best cure for is surgery. Anyone else dealt with anything like that?

We didn’t have a heartbeat bear, but we did give ours a warm heat pack when he was little. He loved that.

Maybe consider playing some white noise to help drown that out? I sometimes play rain or ocean wave noise to help me fall asleep.

Can you trick it using something like Pomodoro where you get a little reward every 20 mins?

Commiserations. My reflux kept me up until about 1.30am with a brand new burning sensation in my stomach. It’s horrible.
