  • Oh wow, windows is finally getting that feature? Nice. As a mac user this one of these "how the hell do you not have this" features that really baffled me.

I use them when I have to work on multiple projects at once (programming). Basically, I have a desktop per project with all the documents and programms open that I need for that project. It's very convenient.

  • if you’d be able to assume the temperature and texture of any material you’d be invisible but could still see.

    That's not invisibility just camouflage.

Like, you can have the same texture as the wall you are standing in front of, but you'd still show up as a human-shaped piece of wall protruding out. Or if a bug was to crawl on the wall behind you, you'd block it's view.

  • impossible to clean out

Really? How about gently blowing into it?

Also, do you keep sand in your pocket? Like, just how?

I have a phone that is almost 4 years old and had USB-C only laptops since 2014. Not once did I have a problem with dust or let alone any kind of failure of an USB-C port. This is just absurd.

  • I've never heard of that.

If beaks evolved from teethed ancestors, that might be plausible. Beaks are quite old though. You can find them on Parasaurolophus or Psittacosaurus.

Pretty sure birds already have tails :P

  • Yup, there seem to be several groups of slavik languages. From the Czech language wiki:

Czech [...] is a West Slavic language of the Czech–Slovak group, written in Latin script. [...] Czech is closely related to Slovak, to the point of high mutual intelligibility, as well as to Polish to a lesser degree

Also there is the Germanic languages. The youtube channel "RobWords" as a lot of interessting videos.

Two of them he talks about certain letter replacements that let's you somewhat read German or French by just replacing certain letters that turns them into English words.
