This was one of the best things I've watched in a long long time. Thank you for sharing. I was 2 years old when this was recorded, but much of her talk resonates as urgently current and valuable.
For others who might be interested in similar, Douglas Englebart and his team discuss many similar aspects of looking forward toward where we are headed, through the lense of history.
Next up: DeSantis deputizes the attackers feet, claims the smell has religious rights to defend itself, bans any books referring to "stink", and blames the lack of a pregnant woman in a nearby kitchen barefoot for the failure of the ammunition to succeed in the way American ammunition should.
And somehow the smell itself is woke because of tampons or something.
The absolute best career choices I've made, in hindsight, were always from the interest in the work or quality of whom I was working with.
Took jobs for less pay, even turning down much higher offers, to choose the gig that was in the area I wanted to expand in.
Never accept just based on "it's a few bucks more". Unless it's twice the pay AND you have something else to gain from the role, always grab the better experience or less stressful spot.
Quick hint, I never said Kamala good or that I'd vote for her.
I am only being against Trump in my comments. You read in what you like. I'm just sick of the twats deciding to vote for Trump as some protest over Kamala/Biden Etc and was calling out the shit attack ad for what it was.
Insult wasn't deflecting, I did address the topic. Genocide bad, m'kay? The insult can stand alone if the person addressed to was going to vote Trump.
I don't "side" with anyone. Genocide is bad. I'm still going to do what I have to for avoiding making everything exceptionally worse by further enabling obviously more psychotic behavior, until such time as a better realistic solution is made available.
