See what happens when you capitulate to a bully? He doesn’t stop bullying. He pushes more and bullies harder. The only way to stop a bully is to (metaphorically) punch him in his mouth.

I know you recently moved. Have you considered the pay is lower because the benefits are higher? In the UK they have universal healthcare which means that part of your salary which used to go to healthcare is now not needed. Perhaps that’s why they gave you a lower offer than you’re used to in american wages?

I never played the first one. I just watched a story recap.

The gameplay isn’t janky just brutally difficult and unforgiving. It goes for realism above all. I’m really liking it but I’m only maybe halfway through the story.

I don’t get what you’re saying. We have strong thunderstorms but nothing on the order of hurricanes or cyclones. The city I live in is called the city of eternal spring because the weather is always spring like. Sunny and mild.

Seasonal depression comes from the lack of light in winter at higher latitudes. My days are 12 hours of sun (+ 30 minutes) every day all year round.

I used to have seasonal depression. Then I moved to a tropical country on the equator.

Now I just have regular depression.

And while everyone focuses on this today DOGE will continue taking a hatchet to the government.

Well they hate Gates as much as they hate Soros so i’m betting this will do less than fuck all.

Nothing could possibly go wrong by putting thousands of disaffected spies into your civilian work force...
