  • I or another person go once a week. I wish I went every few days, but I love about 20 min away and it's not my favorite place in the world. For some reason I always make a list even though I buy basically the same things. My partner never uses a list when he goes.

    Red peppers, tomatillos, fibrous cereal, milk and soy milk, yogurt/cottage cheese, tortilla chips, a bag of grapefruit when in season, wasa crackers, hummus, eggs / bread / tortillas when low, and whatever I'm making for lunch for the week. Sometimes salad stuff.

  • I remember reading through the list and thinking "wtf is a 'clowder,' hopefully they don't mean 'chowder*'"? That's at least 20 years ago. I've never heard "whisper."

    *I have some familiarly with Boston, the land of "chowda," which is not know to contain cats.

  • It's definitely intended for US audiences. They do long-running features on topics like the war in Gaza, and they touch on important global events like contested elections, but its perspective is rooted in progressive US politics.

  • I'll add that if you have all that honey, you might also eat more of it than you'd initially planned and run out sooner. Personally, I would start putting spoonfuls in my tea, using honey instead of jam, maybe experimenting with baking...
