This is a weird take to me. One of the groups is not like the other two in your own example. It is obvious that there is a huge wealth gap driven by unregulated capitalism which is contributing to the problem, and multiple studies have shown that homeless people that receive free money (i.e. a universal basic income) use that money to stop being homeless.
This raises serious questions about freedom of speech. Much of rap has a violent history. Are the cops violating his civil rights, or do his lyrics truly constitute actionable threat?

Pornography is protected under the first amendment, and sharing it via the internet is allowed. Child pornography is illegal and should stay illegal. Similarly there are other forms of speech that are criminal and should stay criminal, such as death threats. I think you would agree that these are reasonable regulations on our free speech.
Here’s an example on the gun side: in the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, bump stocks were used, allowing one man to kill 60 people and injure an additional 867 (just to confirm this is not a typo: 927 people were killed or harmed). Bump stocks were banned in 2018. The bump stock ban seems justified to me, does it seem justified to you?
Then it might not work for your situation. If you do want an EV then you may have to wait until they can improve charge times. Or you may have to run an extension cord or something.
It takes approx 30 min if you use a supercharging station and you're going from low to full. But EV owners can have the option to charge overnight at home if they have a lvl 2 charging station. So in a work commuter situation you don't spend the 5 minutes to get gas if you have an EV, but in a cross-country driving scenario it will add time to your trip. Ultimately it comes down to what kind of daily driving you do.
