  • The deployment of the military domestically, using tactics and technology that were field tested in Israel and US battlefields, is inextricably linked to our foreign policy.

The implication that there is any division between the two topics is insanely obtuse.

  • The denigration of simulated thought processes, paired with aggrandizing of wetware processing, is exactly my point. The same self-serving narcissism that’s colored so many biased & flawed arguments in biological philosophy putting humans on a pedestal above all other animals.

It’s also hysterical and ironic that you insist on your own level of higher thinking, as you regurgitate an argument so unoriginal that a bot could’ve easily written it. Just absolutely no self-awareness.

  • These are almost the exact same talking points we used to hear about ‘why would anyone need a home computer?’ Wild how some people can be so consistently short-sighted again and again and again.

What makes you think you’re capable of sentience, when your comments are all cliches and you’re incapable of personal growth or vision or foresight?

  • I’m not sure if any of the tips will translate well to your project, but this is another project that worked with small lettering: https://youtu.be/e7K3BXWmipk

That being said, I printed this project, and the results were kinda ‘meh’ even after loads of manual cleanup. Probably one of the most tedious prints I’ve ever had to do.

  • What would make anyone look at the last 80 years of US foreign policy, and not realize they’ve been following illegal orders the entire time? You think this is where they’ll draw the line?

  • Yeah, there have been various leaks over the years that trickle out. Supposedly they’ve banned companies from operating in the US for refusal to comply with backdoor demands (Hawei, Kaspersky), some reports of backdoors built right into both Intel & AMD processors, some vague stuff that’s come out about backdoors in Windows, etc. Even when the companies refuse to comply, there’s been reports of US intelligence going into factories or intercepting deliveries to install spy chips into hardware. I recall there was a local ISP provider somewhere in the mid-west that got shut down for refusing to install spy devices in their facilities.

Really a lot of this was confirmed as far back as Snowden. And plenty of whistleblowers and leaks since.

  • I really don’t get it. There’s definitely a group of ideologues that are pushing anti-meat on here, and flood any post on the topic. Something like that either needs funding or volunteers coordinating. I’m guessing either extremist anti-meat groups, or big ag astroturfers trying to make them look bad.
