  • The problem is that the admins are all just volunteers and the instance doesn't exist to make money. If a big company decides to sue them, even if they are in the right, they will be drowned in legal fees.

  • Go to your whatsapp settings and then "chats". On the bottom you should have 2 options "Transfer to android" and "Transfer to iPhone". Choose the first one and it should show you the instructions on how to proceed.

Sadly, I can't say if it works without a cable since I have never done it this way.

  • Looks like some minor refreshes to the design, which is nice. Thank god they still aren't using Google's quick settings style.

My only skepticism is the new expanded quick settings; I fear putting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the top of the screen will just make it harder to reach them.

  • Here's the tweets on text form:

1/5 Big news! Thank you to everyone who played the alpha version of Soccer Kids. We've released a few patches since then, and are very happy with how positive the reactions are. We're now focused on finishing the 1.4 update for Darkwood.

2/5 After we release it, we're going on hiatus for the forseeable future. We haven't been able to create a work environment that would not be destructive to our personal lives. Our families are our top priority and they should not be affected negatively by our work.

3/5 So ultimately we decided that it would be best if we part ways, with a possibility of returning in 5-10 years when we get our shit together. This doesn't have to be bad news! We aren't disappearing into thin air and would like our games to live on.

4/5 We have been talking to some amazing people who could make a sequel for Darkwood and continue working on Soccer Kids. So spread the word - if you're a developer / publisher who's interested in working on those IPs, hit us up!

5/5 In the meantime, please join us for beta testing of the next update for Darkwood, which should resume this month.

  • You know how your phone and computer heat up when doing something intensive? This happens due to the resistance inside it. Superconductors would allow this electricity to pass through with virtually no resistance, generating no heat.
