It's a real thing if the person eating the pepper has a severe allergy to peppers.

It's still funny to me that Mike Pence thought he had any chance in hell of getting elected. His party's base was chanting "hang Mike Pence" after building a gallows outside the building he was in, and his response was "I bet these people would vote for me."

Eminem also emulated him in a music video. That's where the "something's wrong, I can feel it" meme comes from.

In their defense, there's a lot of trials to keep track of.

It's wild to think about just how much of a fucking psycho Robin Williams' character was in that movie. Pierce Brosnan was by all accounts a pretty great guy who was great towards his kids and ex wife, and he tries to straight up murder him in front of an entire restaurant full of people. Not even a crime of passion or anything like that, he heard the guy had an allergy, snuck into the kitchen, and loaded his dish with a lethal dose of cayenne pepper knowing full well that it would kill him. Sure, he doesn't let him die in the end, but he walked right up to the line of premeditated murder.

The whole point of Communism is to balance power away from the 1% and back to the masses

But there needs to be some governing body that is responsible for determining how the power and wealth is distributed. Per the OP's point: if the proper guardrails are not in place, control of that governing body will eventually shift towards a person or party who corrupts it for their own purposes. It doesn't matter what the "point" of a system is, corrupt people will always attempt to take the wheel.

I have a Chromebook that I put Linux onto. It's got a Celeron and 4gb ram. It's fine for web browsing email, etc on the go. It can play a ton of older games just fine, too; half-life 2 and episodes run surprisingly well. Minecraft with sodium and all settings turned down works okay, too.

A lot of people yearn to be part of something bigger than themselves, something truly glorious, something that can give their life purpose. Some people climb the corporate ladder, others join the military, and some will selflessly dedicate their life to charity. But deep down, all we truly want is to not only see a really, really deep hole at the beach, but to know that we contributed to making such a big, cool hole in the sand.

And the picture itself is just a randomly generated picture of a money or a picture of Donald Trump photoshopped into something from the first page of Google images.
