I don't think we're there yet, but I also think it's a really fuzzy line
The really scary problem is that it's most likely a line we won't recognize until after it's been crossed. It's possible we've already crossed the line and are simply waiting for it to get out of control.
And Jan 6 was literally "shoot on sight" treason, but most of those people aren't getting more than a year or two unless they're a high profile oath keeper or whatever. We keep treating active attempts to subvert democracy and/or overthrow the government like this and it's going to bite us in the ass.
The insane thing to me is how people are so willing to look past the open hostility towards democracy. It's crazy that people see the insurrection, the false electors plot, the refusal to certify the election, etc and just say "yeah but I prefer their tax policies."
In the original comic, the hexagon is off-panel in panel 3. Also several speech bubbles have been moved around. Who edited these things and why? Also super lame to crop out the comic's title.
a puff piece for a dictator full of misinformation
It's not a puff piece. It's full-on Russian propaganda tailor-made for American conservatives. The entire point is to draw even more conservative voters into the fold and convince them that the US needs to stop supporting Ukraine and move towards pulling out of NATO.
It's almost as if the attempted overthrow of the United States government by the president at the time is a big fucking deal and any developments in the related court cases are worthy of being national news.
I just buy the giant free and clear liquid detergent from Costco. I've got a thing of scent beads, too, but I only use that on my towels and sheets because I like them to smell nice.
Look buddy, I got a great deal on that mega yacht, so don't go criticizing my spending habits... Did not realize I'd need to hire a staff and pay docking fees, though...
Please send money I am in a bananas amount of yacht debt.
Just get 1 bathroom with 2 toilets
