  • Good. Not because AWBs are good, but this means it will likely go to the SCOTUS faster to be overturned nation wide. 2A grants The People access to weapons, the state has no right to prevent law abiding citizens access to arms.

  • Good ruling. If I'm just walking through public land legally carrying I shouldn't be bared from an area just because of its proximity to water. 2nd amendment is clear on that.

  • I hate to break this to you but that's true for literally all the continental US too.

  • I never said it wouldn't have an affect. I said fixing the root cause would be far more affective.

And if you read the article youd know this kid was trying to buy illegally. Reinforcing my point that you can't stop people from getting them.

  • Hopefully SCOTUS makes the right decision once they acrltually review the case. The ATF has no right to decide themselves that 80% kits are suddenly illegal.

  • There are more guns in the US than people (some estimates have it at nearly 2 to 1). You cant stop people from getting them any more than the war on drugs stopped people from buying weed.

What really needs to happen is solving the root issue of violence. Poverty and a lack of access to healthcare (which includes mental healthcare).

  • Because its one if the few places you can be nearly 100% certain no one will fire back. Shoot up a restaurant, mall, church, park, etc you will receive return fire from lawful carriers almost immediatly, especially in Texas.

  • My bad I thought residential prop meant single family homes.

But I didn't say anything about who should own apparements. My only point was when people refer to residential property that refers typically to single family homes and is likely what op is referring to as well.

  • You want someone to just do the work for you? Not even gonna put it in a text file. Yeesh

  • I’ve been using Tuta for over a year and regularly don’t touch the website for months at a time.

Sorry that happened to you, but just wanted to chime in that this isn’t a universal experience.

  • Drive a single 18-Wheeler (hundreds in a day, whatever) over any ancient road or bridge you’re thinking of and you’ll see how false this statement is.

  • This. I can get a 15ish GB 4k movie torrented faster than I could rip and transcode it.

    In Minecraft of course
